Calculators
Run the numbers before you talk to a lender
Six calculators built by a Brisbane broker, not a widget company. They update as you type, show their working, and use the same buffers and benchmarks lenders use — so the figure you walk in with is one you can trust.
Borrowing Power
How much could you borrow?
Income, expenses, debts and the APRA buffer — an estimate of the loan size lenders may consider, before you fall in love with a listing.
Open calculatorLoan Repayments
What will the loan cost each month?
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly repayments, total interest over the term and a year-by-year view of your balance.
Open calculatorRefinance Savings
Is switching worth it?
Compare your current rate with a new one, net of switching costs, and see how quickly you'd break even.
Open calculatorStamp Duty
All eight states and territories
Transfer duty in any Australian state or territory, with the owner-occupier and first home concessions applied, plus registration fees, so your deposit budget is real.
Open calculatorExtra Repayments
Pay it off sooner
See how a little extra each repayment shortens the loan and how much interest it saves over the life of the loan.
Open calculatorOffset Account
Make your savings work against the loan
Estimate the interest and years an offset balance could save, with regular contributions on top.
Open calculatorHow accurate are these?
The maths is exact: standard loan amortisation, 2025–26 resident tax rates, the 3% APRA serviceability buffer and Queensland Revenue Office duty rates. Each page lists every assumption we make.
What no calculator can do is apply a specific lender’s policy — how they treat overtime, rental income, HECS or your credit history. That’s where results can move by tens of thousands, and where a broker earns their keep.
Next step
Got a number you like? Let's make it real.
A calculator can't read a payslip or a lender's policy. Sachin can — book a free call and we'll check these numbers against 70+ lenders, then tell you what's actually possible.
Free, no obligation. General information only — not credit advice.
