Meet your broker
Rannar Loans is a boutique brokerage based in Brisbane, run by Sachin Mehta, principal finance broker. Most of our clients come from referrals — first home buyers who were talked through every step, investors who wanted a structure that scales, and business owners who needed someone to actually understand their numbers.
We’re licensed, bound by Best Interests Duty, and paid by the lender, not you. What you get is a broker who reads the policy, negotiates the rate, chases the bank and keeps you in the loop.
How it works
A clear, four-step process. You always know what's happening and what's next.
A free 30-minute call about your goals, income, deposit and timing. We'll tell you honestly what's realistic.
We assess your position against 70+ lenders' policies and come back with options — and one clear recommendation.
We package the application so it sails through credit, and chase the lender daily until it's approved.
We coordinate with your solicitor and the lender, then review your rate every year so you're never overpaying.

FAQs
Short answers now, longer ones on the phone.
A broker works for you, not a bank. We assess your situation, compare loans from our panel of 50+ lenders, recommend the ones that suit you and manage the application through to settlement. In most cases our service costs you nothing: the lender pays us a commission once your loan settles, and we disclose exactly what that is before you proceed.
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation. We will listen to what you are trying to achieve, give you an honest view of your options and tell you what to prepare next. You decide whether to go further.
Your bank can only offer its own products and will assess you against its own policy. We compare dozens of lenders, know which ones treat your income type, deposit size or property most favourably, and negotiate on your behalf. We are also legally required to act in your best interests, which a bank's lending staff are not.
We are based on Brisbane's southside and bayside and work with clients across Greater Brisbane, Logan and the Redlands, from Wynnum and Tingalpa to Upper Mount Gravatt, Sunnybank and Rochedale. Most of our work is done by phone and email, so we can help wherever you are in Queensland.
It depends on your income, living expenses, existing debts, deposit and the lender's assessment rate, and the answer can differ by six figures between lenders. Our borrowing power calculator gives a rough guide; a strategy call gives you a real number based on the lenders most likely to say yes.
Absolutely, it is one of our specialties. We know which lenders accept one year of financials, which use BAS or business bank statements, and how to present bonus, contract or casual income so it counts. Bring your ABN and your latest financials and we will tell you where you stand.
