Our story
Started because clients deserved better than a call centre
Rannar Loans started with a simple frustration: too many people were being pushed into whatever loan their bank offered, with nobody explaining the alternatives, the fees or the exit costs. The brokerage was built to be the one we’d want to use ourselves — small enough that you deal with the same broker throughout.
Today we help first home buyers, upgraders, investors, self-employed professionals and business owners across Brisbane’s south, east and bayside. Most new clients arrive because a friend, accountant or agent told them to call — which is exactly how we like it.

How we’re paid
Our service costs you nothing. Lenders pay brokers a commission when a loan settles, and we disclose exactly what that is in your Credit Proposal. Because we’re bound by Best Interests Duty, commission can never influence the recommendation — and you’ll see the comparison for yourself.
